1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and SportPesa Malaysia ("SportPesa", "we", "our platform"), which owns and operates the website and betting service platform at sportpesa.best.

SportPesa provides an online betting platform covering Sports Betting, Live Casino, baccarat, e-sports, and a wide range of other games to eligible users in Malaysia. All services offered by SportPesa are subject to these Terms as well as any additional guidelines that may be published from time to time.

By accessing, registering for, or using the SportPesa platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms carefully and agree to be bound by them. If you are acting on behalf of an organisation or company, you also confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2 Account Eligibility

To register and use the SportPesa platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Aged at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. SportPesa strictly prohibits registration by individuals who are underage.
• Be a Malaysian citizen or a legally recognised permanent resident of Malaysia.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be on the self-exclusion list of any recognised responsible gambling programme in Malaysia.
• Not act as a representative or agent on behalf of another party when placing bets or using the platform.

SportPesa reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, or residency at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or termination, as well as forfeiture of any balance associated with fraudulent activity.

3 Account Registration & Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only at SportPesa. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a serious violation that may result in the immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including your full name as per your ID, an active Malaysian mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a violation of these Terms.

• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
• All activity that occurs in your account is deemed to have been carried out by you.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact SportPesa support immediately.
• Transferring your account to another party or sharing your account is strictly prohibited.

SportPesa uses a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify player identities. This process may require you to submit a copy of your identification document, proof of address and additional information before your first withdrawal is processed or when certain limits are reached.

4 Deposit & Payment Methods

SportPesa accepts deposits via approved Malaysian local payment methods. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR).

You are responsible for ensuring that deposits are made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may result in account suspension and a requirement to refund the funds. SportPesa is not liable for any losses arising from deposits made using unauthorised payment methods.

5 Funds Withdrawal

Withdrawals from your SportPesa account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• All rollover requirements tied to active bonuses must be fulfilled before any withdrawal is processed.
• Your first withdrawal requires completion of the KYC verification process.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified method in your name.
• SportPesa does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts.

6 Bonus & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by SportPesa — including the 200% Welcome Bonus, daily cashback, weekly sports rebates, and VIP offers — are subject to the specific terms stated on their respective promotion pages. The following general conditions apply to all bonus types:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated.
• Rollover requirements must be fully met before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.
• SportPesa reserves the right to cancel any bonus obtained through fraudulent means, abuse, or a breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or redeemed directly without meeting the rollover requirements.
• In cases where there is a conflict between the terms of a specific promotion and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
• SportPesa reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

7 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on SportPesa are subject to general betting rules as well as the specific sports/game rules that apply. Players are responsible for understanding these rules before placing any bets.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified except under specific circumstances as determined by SportPesa.
• SportPesa reserves the right to void or declare invalid any bet suspected of involving fraud, match manipulation, or system abuse.
• In the event of a technical error affecting odds or bet outcomes, SportPesa reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the stake to the player's account.
• Displayed odds are in the set format and are subject to change before a bet is confirmed.
• Placing bets using automated methods, bots, or software is strictly prohibited.

SportPesa employs a sophisticated fraud detection system. Any attempt to manipulate the system, exploit odds errors, or collude with others to gain an unfair advantage will result in account termination and appropriate legal action.

8 Live Casino, Baccarat & E-Sports

The following additional rules apply to the Live Casino, Baccarat, and e-sports categories on the SportPesa platform:

Live Casino & Baccarat: All Live Casino games are conducted by professional human dealers and broadcast in real time. Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure on SportPesa's part. Any internet connection disruption on the player's end does not entitle the player to a bet cancellation.

E-Sports: E-sports betting refers to scheduled, verified professional esports matches. If a match is postponed or cancelled by the organiser, all related bets will be voided and stakes refunded. Match results are determined based on official sources from the organiser.

9 Security, Privacy & Data Protection

SportPesa is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all players in accordance with applicable data protection laws in Malaysia. The collection, processing and use of your personal data is governed by Privacy Policy which form part of these Terms.

• All personal data is collected solely for the purposes stated in our Privacy Policy.

• Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to certain legal requirements.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

SportPesa reserves the right to suspend or terminate a player account at any time for the following reasons, without prior notice:

• Violation of any section of these Terms & Conditions.
• Opening multiple accounts (multi-accounting).
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional systems.
• Interference with or unauthorised access to SportPesa's security systems.

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting customer support. Any valid balance (not subject to any breach) will be returned to the original payment method once the verification process is complete.

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Amendments to Terms & Governing Law

SportPesa reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Players will be notified of any changes via their registered email and in-platform notifications at least 7 days before the effective date, except where changes are required by law and may take immediate effect.

Continued use of the SportPesa platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before the effective date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, the use of the SportPesa platform or its services shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute may be referred to arbitration or a court in Malaysia with appropriate jurisdiction.
